If you accept these conditions, it is understood that the information outlined in this form is true and that the purposes of your request comply with what is stated here.

The control software for the different elements of the observatory involved in the observation session is N.I.N.A. You will have assistance from an observatory operator in any case.

It is important that the information attached to the observational plan be as concise and detailed as possible for better planning of the session. However, we will contact you to confirm and coordinate the necessary aspects.

If your observation refers to a defined date or anniversary, it will be respected as long as there are no other circumstances that prevent it and your request for time of use has been accepted.

The observational data derived from your work will be your exclusive property, but you agree to have a copy of it stored in the observatory's database for security reasons. This backup will be kept for six months. The observatory will not use them for any purpose, nor will any of its managers, without your consent.

The Vega del Codorno Observatory is not responsible for unforeseen events that may affect your observation (adverse weather, unexpected maintenance or breakdowns, ...).

All information reviewed in this form will be considered confidential. It will never be shared with third parties and will only be used for the purposes derived from the objectives of the good use of the facility and the proposed observational objectives.

Only aggregate data will be used (name, time of use and nature of the observation) for the performance and occupancy memory of the observatory itself.

Any relevant aspect not contemplated in these 'terms and conditions' will be considered within the rules of common sense and code of conduct of 'good practices' by both parties.
